Price includes: renting of fully equipped villa for 4 people (1 extra bed possibility), energy consumption, final cleaning and linen
Price is not covering: return ticket and insurance (could be ordered through Siam Travel).
Discounts: 20% for stays longer than 1 month. Longterm rents on request.
Note: visas to Thailand were cancelled for Czech from 1/7/2011
